Brian is a cybersecurity entrepreneur, Board Chairman, and Strategic Advisor to Ancora Cyber. His experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting technology and advisory businesses, brings an additional strategic perspective to Ancora's leadership. He advises the organization on governance, growth, market positioning, and long-term enterprise value while bringing extensive cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and CMMC expertise to the broader team.

Chris Todd

Chris Todd leads Ancora Cyber with an approach shaped by 17 years of service in the U.S. Navy and extensive experience across cybersecurity governance, privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His background brings operational discipline, accountability, and clear communication to organizations navigating complex security requirements. At Ancora, Chris helps clients translate technical and regulatory expectations into practical action—building resilient security programs and preparing organizations for requirements including CMMC and HIPAA.

With a Master of Science in Information Technology, CompTIA Security+, and CMMC Registered Practitioner credentials, Jason combines technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to security frameworks and regulatory requirements. His work focuses on assessing programs, identifying practical improvements, and helping organizations build lasting practices around security, accountability, and trust.

David Galter

15+ Years in Cybersecurity, Audit & Advisory

David brings more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, internal audit, security assessments, privacy, business continuity, and advisory services. His experience includes evaluating information-security controls, assessing application, database, and infrastructure security, supporting financial-statement and Sarbanes-Oxley environments, reviewing systems handling protected health information, and evaluating third-party and business-continuity risk. Across that work, David's focus has remained consistent: understanding how controls perform in the real world and translating findings into practical, risk-based recommendations.
